Beginner Series | Vinyasa Yoga For Beginners | 20 Minute Yoga. Welcome back to CBD Yoga And Fitness and thank you for joining me for the third video in our Beginner Series. Today we are doing a 20 Minute Vinyasa Yoga that is great for beginners. Vinyasa Yoga is faster paced than Hatha and Yin Yoga and is sure get your heart rate up and create energy in your body. If you are familiar with Ujjayi (Ocean Breath), feel free to practice it throughout this practice.

If you are brand new to yoga, this beginner series is made for you. I first discovered yoga about five years ago and can still clearly remember my first time trying it. I remember lying in shavasana at the end of the class and feeling the biggest natural high and sense of euphoria that I have ever felt. I was instantly hooked. Since then, my journey and yoga journey in particular, has taken me many places and allowed me to meet so many amazing people and experience so many new and exciting things. Yoga and fitness along with personal growth are my biggest passions in life and I am very humbled and grateful to be a yoga teacher and to be able to do what I love and to share these videos with you. My intention with this beginner yoga series is to introduce the amazing benefits of yoga and the way of life that comes with it and to hopefully be one of the first few steps in what is sure to be an amazing journey of peace, love and self discovery for you 🙂
