  2. Hi, its 04/01/20 and I will be doing this workout for the next 30 days except for Sundays. Current weight 76kgs. Let's join me and I will update you after 30 days.

  3. Dear Popsugar Fitness, thank you for this awesome workout but I wonder will you bring back 40-minute and 60-minute workouts? I miss full sessions without having to switch between videos to get enough sweat. Anyway, thank you for making me fit and toned even if I don't have enough time to make it to the gym.
