2 cups fresh or frozen fruit (No pineapple or mango)
1/4 cup granulated sugar divided
1/2 tsp. citric acid
3 1/2 tbls. unflavored gelatin
3/4 cup ice cold water
1 tbls. Clear Jel Instant (optional)
1/4 cup sugar (if using Clear Jel)

Candy Syrup
3/4 cup corn syrup
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
