1) 1/6 of body weight in MG is the minimum CBD oil you can take. You can work your way up after 1-2 weeks where it really helps you.

3) Consult with a doctor who practices marijuana education.

I mostly take it for anxiety and my boyfriend takes it for sleep issues.

  2. I have really bad anxiety/depression, and it’s taking a huge toll on my sleep. I really don’t wanna take prescription medications simply because of the negative side effects. Would this help me with my insomnia?

When I started off with full spectrum I was taking 2 full droppers for pain a day & it helped and I thought it was my miracle until the 3rd bottle then everytime, even at lowest doses I would have dizziness & anxiety so bad. 🙁 I’m so disappointed I’ve tried to switch brands 3 times & Im still having a reaction at the lowest dose. Does it build up in your system? Maybe I can’t handle full spectrum? It was so good for those first few bottles.

I talked to my doctor over me buying it to help with the pain in my lower back.Not once have I heard how much to try it out with.I weigh 110,5ft 2 inches.The bottle says 30 drops.Wow that sounds way to much for my size.Please do a video on people who are little.thanks a bunch.Im confused.Id rather try this then take gabapentin everyday

  9. For noobs I'd say starting out at 4mg in the morning and 4 mg in the after noon is fine. Or even trying one 8 mg once in the morning and once in the afternoon is fine for a noob. I took 32 mg with 0.24 (Edit: I believe it was highest thc content cbd has) thc mix at once my first time as a non weed smoker was to much at 190. Meanwhile I can drink an 8 pack and barely be buzzed.

  10. I took 1mg per pound of bodyweight for my first and only dose (150mg), it contained 0.3% THC. I thought my heart was going to stop, shortness of breath and was pretty much paralyzed, slept for 13 hrs, drank 5L water and took the day off work because I was in no condition to drive, 24 hrs later I did 3hrs of exercise and another 3L water and came back to reality. I guess I'm the first and only person in the existence of the human race to have any negative reaction…
