You can buy CBD Capsules here – https://www.greenwellnesslife.com/product-category/cbd-capsules-pills/
Good Morning! It's Brandy with Green Wellness Life! Wanted to chat with you a little bit today about capsules. You know, everyone asks me what a great starting point is, and whether one product type is better than another, and while I do love tinctures for the flexibility the ease of use, and getting to work in your system really quickly. I love those tinctures, but if you're someone who's not really comfortable with the liquid going under your tongue, by all means, let's take a capsule and I want to say it a lot that the best CBD is the one that you're actually going to take.
So, capsules we have got 21 different options here. So, that can be a little bit overwhelming, a lot to choose from what are the differences and why should you choose one over another.
So, the major differences can kind of be broken down into three categories – strength, ingredient and type of capsule. So, strength; we've got strengths that range from 5 milligrams to 75 milligrams. So, we've got a really broad range of different strengths there. I know people that are dealing with really major issues, are attempted to jump in and start with a high strength capsule. I'm always going to encourage you to start small and work your way up. Hopefully, you're one of those people that does not need a lot of CBD to see a benefit, and we always want to err on the side of keeping it lower. We don't want to put more stuff in our bodies than we have to, and we know that these products aren't cheap. So, we want to make sure that we're being mindful of our budgets as well. So, start small, and work up if you need to. Start with that small serving size, give it 5 days or so see how you're feeling and from that point determine if you need to increase. Now, if you're starting with a 5, a 10 or a 15 milligram soft gel and you find that you're taking a couple 2, 3 to get through the day, and feel good about things that might be the point where we're going to step up and go to one of those higher strength options. So, lots of choices there, then we move on to ingredients.
So, ingredients we've got raw first of all. So, that means not filtered, not heated. It's going to be CBD, CBDA and all of the other cannabinoids that occurring naturally in that plant. You know, how as many to choose from the raw is harder to work with, obviously, we're not heating something, it's going to be a little bit more of a challenge to manufacture, but we have some vlogs on Raw. If you're not sure if raw is a good fit for you, you can always give us a call or shoot us an email, and we do have some options there. When we're talking about raw capsules, we've got plus CBD soft gels and then, we've got Endoca as well with some great raw options.
Then, we've got full spectrum. So, that means that it has been heated, some of that plant matter has been filtered out, but everything that occurs in nature is still contained in that capsule that is going to include that trace amount of THC. So, when you're hearing full spectrum, everything in nature is right in that capsule, we've got lots of choices there.
Then, we move on to isolate. So, that means that they have isolated that CBD compound yanked it out, put it into the capsule for you. So, that means there is no THC and there are none of the other cannabinoids that occur naturally in that isolate product. We've just got a couple of isolate capsules really good for people who want to get high serving size of CBD and don't want to worry about THC. So, those strong isolate capsules are from Medterra for us.
Then, we've got a full spectrum zero THC. We've just got one of those from natural leaf and that's pretty cool. So, it's sort of the reverse of the isolate, they instead of isolating that CBD pulling it out and putting it into the capsule they have isolated the THC pulled it out and left everything out still in that capsule. So, that's a pretty cool option newer science there as well. So, those are kind of your four ingredient choices. In addition to that, all of our products have the full ingredient list right on the page and you're going to want to pay attention to that if you're someone who's got sensitivities to MCT oil, gelatin things of that nature, then you're going to want to pay attention to what else is in that capsule. Again, you can always shoot us an email or give us a call, if you've got questions there, but just know that capsules can have other ingredients to make the manufacturing process easier. Keep that product liquid, if it's a soft gel inside there so that's something to pay attention to if you've got sensitivities or if you're vegan that's something to be mindful of as well.
