So some of you guys have been reaching out to me asking what practices I recommend for coming home from a long day of work, and this is designed especially for you. Follow along with me as I guide you
through some great stretches to open up those areas of your body that get tight while you're sitting at your desk all day. They'll help you to start to relax and unwind so you can let go of that accumulated stress.

  3. You are one of my favs and one I started practicing with when I first began. I've noticed decreased mobility in my joints and hips lately and this was great and also enlightening as to why as with my new job I sit and ride more. Thanks for being awesome ❣️

  5. This flow was perfect for after work! OMG! I'm more of a "flow, workout, sweat" yogi and often resist relaxation classes because I want to do chaturangas and headstands "to get my workout" but this is class just really did it for me! THANK YOU!!!
