  1. Hi great video! I just wanted to mention that there are some health concerns about lavender essential oils and small pets 🙁 basically essential oils are very concentrated so they are very powerful and can be toxic for dogs and cats! I’ll put an article here, I don’t think most people know about this so I like to throw the message out there! I also struggle with anxiety but had to stop using my diffuser with lavender oil in it bcz my dog. https://www.foundanimals.org/essential-oils-toxic-pets/

  2. Okay I'm not the only one, I take it to reduce my anxiety with angry customers too. I feel sooo in control of my emotions its honestly the best especially if you deal with the public and have anxiety.

  3. Do you take the olly mutli gummies and olly stress gummies all at once in the morning ? Does that affect either one with what it’s suppose to help you with ? ( great video btw love the energy )

  6. Hey, I love the video. I struggled with anxiety for a while, and nutrition was the #1 thing that helped me completely get rid of it. However, I don't take any vitamins. In my opinion, it's much better to get all the nutrients and vitamins from food. I'd love to hear your thoughts and answer any questions about that!
